RealHires connects businesses with remote professionals. Browsing the website, requesting a call, or submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or a placement agreement. The scope of a search, fees, payment obligations, and any replacement guarantee are governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement. If that agreement differs from information on this website, the agreement controls for that engagement.
3. Applications and submissions

By submitting an application or inquiry, you allow RealHires to review it and contact you about your request or relevant recruiting opportunities, as described in our Privacy Policy. An application does not guarantee an interview, introduction, placement, or offer. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, or confidential information belonging to another person or business.
4. Website content and estimates
Hiring guides, articles, calculators, cost ranges, and timelines provide general information. Calculator outputs depend on the inputs and assumptions shown and are not quotes or guarantees of savings. Hiring outcomes and timing depend on the role, requirements, candidate availability, and the engagement. Website content is not legal, tax, financial, or employment advice.
5. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The RealHires name, branding, and original website content belong to RealHires or their respective rights holders. You may read and share links to our public resources. Do not reproduce or commercially redistribute content without permission, misrepresent your affiliation with RealHires, submit malicious files, interfere with the website, or attempt to access private systems or other people’s information.
